I’ve got a story for you, and it’s a cultural rollercoaster from the UK to France, with a little side trip into the magical world of project management.

First up, our UK-based dynamo. They want it all, and they want it now! Project milestones? Quick as lightning. Volume? Oh, they’ll give you a mountain of work to conquer. These folks have a need for speed, and they don’t mess around!
Then, across the Channel, we’ve got our French counterparts. Quality and compliance are their bread and butter, and they have an impeccable taste for finesse. But, and it’s a big but, they won’t just take on any project. They ponder and evaluate with the precision of a French pastry chef crafting a masterpiece. They’re all about that meticulous selection process, even if it means sipping their coffee a tad longer.

But, guess what? Although I am based in the UK, I’m Switzerland in this project war, neutral and loving both sides equally. Because, at the end of the day, it’s not about picking sides or choosing the “right” approach. Both have their own flavour, their own recipe for success.
